Lovely property in the heart of lively Singapore a few minutes walk from the harbour waterfront. Upstairs pool was longer than expected and made for a good swim. Rooftop bar views were unbeatable. The staff ensured that our room was ready for 11am as we arrived at 8am - thank you for this. Unfortunately, after arriving and explaining we had had a long journey to get here, we weren't offered a welcome drink which would have been appreciated, also the promised shower facilities until we could access our room were limited, but much appreciated all the same. 2 fruit juice drinks purchased in the downstairs area were very expensive compared to the local area, perhaps why we weren't offered a welcome drink. Overall, a lovely hotel and a great introduction to Singapore.

Property Fairly new. Great design. Well located. Very nice. Special thanks to Jangan at the breakfast. He was always very nice and even brought us cake for my son birthday at breakfast. Only point with a lot of room to do things better is breakfast. I’m s not bad but is boring. For the type of hotel it should be remarkable and is not. And crowded. You can’t be queuing for breakfast.

Good hotel overall. We had our breakfast in 1st floor. It was very crowded and my opinion, too little staff group. But very friedly staff. Juices were often runout etc.

We truly appreciated the staff and the entire team at the Pullman Hotel. They were incredibly helpful and humble in everything they did. A special thank you to Jesper and Justin for the wonderful surprise when we returned from our tour late that night, entering our room and seeing the welcoming decorations on our bed made our 30th wedding anniversary feel even more special. Mixed Experience – Service Could Be Better

As a frequent traveler, I decided to book Pullman for three nights due to its location. Pros: 1.The hotel itself is nice, with modern facilities since it’s relatively new and some staff are friendly Cons: 1. My experience at breakfast on the first morning wasn’t great. One of the staff members was quite strict and ignored my request for a regular table, instead insisting I take a high chair—despite me specifically asking otherwise. She told me unapologetically that I was alone and the place will be full. That's why I arrived early at 7 AM and could see plenty of empty tables. It set a bad tone for the day, especially since my legs weren’t in great condition. I ended up just having a quick coffee while standing and left. The experience was disappointing that I decided to skip breakfast the next day. That said, other staff members seemed fine. 2. On my second day, housekeeping seems forgot to pick up a used wet towel left on the floor. 3. On 3rd day, I lost my USB-C cable, so I called the front desk to ask if they had a spare I could borrow—my phone was out of battery, and I needed to book a Grab. Without much thought, the staff immediately said that they don't have it without offering any options. Due to urgency, I went down to the lobby and asked again, suggesting maybe they could charge my phone for a few min.The staff remember me told me just to buy one at the nearest shop. It was surprising that a hotel of this level didn’t have a single spare cable available.

Stayed 8 nights at this property in an executive room with lounge access (I visit Singapore regularly). The Pullman excels in its customer service. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you enjoy your stay. Breakfast is excellent with various buffet stations and ready to order items (often pre-cooked but gladly made fresh for you). Do come early as it gets quite crowded. Same goes for the executive lounge. This is a nice spot open all day with free coffee and sodas; complimentary wine, spirits, and canapés for two hours around dinner time. While satisfying, it tends to get overcrowded at this time. The drink options are somewhat standard, cocktails only if the right barman is there. The food is nice but not extraordinary compared to other lounges. The rooms in the Pullman are on the small side for their price point with scarce space for your luggage and clothes. Amenities emphasize sustainability and the coffee/tea is good quality. The shower and toilet rooms are nice but the vanity is cramped with insufficient light. The bed is very comfortable and the room has black out curtains and good sound isolation. The true miss is the lack of a work desk. The oversized chair and a stool around a small round table are impractical and uncomfortable. Finally, the hotel offers ample public spaces with a nice pool and exercise facilities. So all in all, this is a truly welcoming place at a great location if you don’t mind a smaller room.
