Amazing customer service! You are spoiled as soon as you walk in with gourmet ice cream sandwiches of your choice, a gift basket of treats in your room and specialty coffees, teas and soft drinks. All are complimentary! It just doesn’t get any better.

Location: it's about 10 minutes walk to main the shopping area and metro. Reception area: very good customer service and amazing added touch of free drinks (soft drinks such as well named brands, coffee, etc). Room: reasonable size room for a country that is packed, however, the room felt that it needed a bit of TLC. Just to add, before individuals panic. There is a big see through glass that you can see through via the bedroom. There is a roller blinds to stop the bathroom becoming some spectacle. Bathroom was big. Only negative is the shower glass door when washing sprayed out due to a poor seal. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. TV programmes are ok but you are here to see the sights. Bed was very comfortable.
