Returned to Quincy Hotel Singapore after way too long (last stayed in 2016!)โ€”and it was even better than I remembered. From the warm check-in to the amazing lounge bites, relaxing steam room, and thoughtful touches like bath salts, everything was top-notch. Special thanks to Cheryl Kwan, whose exceptional service truly made our stay feel personal and memorable. She went above and beyond to make my husbandโ€™s birthday staycation one weโ€™ll cherish for years. Quincy feels like a home away from homeโ€”with five-star flair. Canโ€™t wait to be back again (sooner this time)!

Nice hotel

The hotel itself wasnโ€™t that big, but I just stayed for a night. It was clean and cool looking. Room wasnโ€™t that big but location was great. Few minutes walk to Paragon mall. They gave free icecream sandwiches when I came in. There were also snacks available for free which was nice. Gym and pool looked pretty decent, didnโ€™t have time to use it though. Overall would come back to this hotel.

The soundproofing can be better. Pipes are loud too. Appreciate the complimentary snacks and drinks and the hot tub. Great and quietly tucked in a corner of the street. Walkable to nearby shopping mall. Great service

The front desk staff intentionally ripped off my passport pic page when I checked in. I donโ€™t have any trouble with them and treated them nicely as Canadian. Next day CBP denied my transit entry request, get trapped in Singapore for extra two days waiting for the Air Canada direct flight, cost me over 3000cad for economic class. Thatโ€™s insane
