This hotel was the best stay of my trip. Wonderful lighting, excellent shower and I particularly loved the filtered water tap in my room. I highly recommend this hotel. Really felt five star.

Service is up and down. Restaurant not great - had an event so had to push back to even had dinner and very small niche menu. Check-in in and out had issues. Had a Wait even after normal check in time. Incorrect deposit taking. Manager tried to make up for it which was nice. Great location and good size, comfortable bright rooms. Nice Co working spaces. Just the service from those working there seemed a bit chaoitic, not efficient creating mistakes, and misses.

We only stay for 1 night at The Clan in January 2026. Our flight was not until late the following day so we took up the option for a late checkout (6pm) at additional cost - this was perfect for our needs and was better than otherwise booking another full night. The Deluxe Room was smaller than anticipated but had everything we needed and the bed was luxurious. The hotel is in an excellent location near Chinatown and within easy walking distance of Marina Bay and Boat Quay. I would recommend and return to this hotel in future.

The Clan is a great hotel in a very convenient location for several hawker centres, the financial district and Chinatown. There is a MRT station outside for exploring other areas. The roof top pool is fantastic. The room was comfortable and well equipped.
