Very clean room with amazing view from huge windows. Attentive staff. I didn’t realize this was a Japanese hotel útil we got there. That limits available menu at restaurants.

This hotel is tucked away in the central city corner a bit of walk to Orchard road which can be not too pleasant on a hot sunny humid day but good for the body. They do have a shuttle bus to MRT station. Spacious room! Toilet very bright and clean, just only one hook to hang extremely heavy bath towels... Excellent choices for breakfast coffee is a bit bland, but they have this Melaka coffee capsule in room that is delicious! Only if they have a proper gym that would make it perfect!! Decent size pool very relaxing! Best for single or couple travellers.

The hotel is very nice and in a good central location. The hotel incorrectly charged my credit card for accommodation (I had pre-paid). They apologised but said they couldn't repay it for up to 4 weeks. This is pretty poor.

It was perfection, new hotel, amazing staff, friendly service, almost died with the cherry cassis tart, clean rooms, super cool decor, view of pool, free shuttle to mall and transport hub, walking distance to the unesco botanical gardens. By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for value, and I’ve been all over the world. Will definitely stay again!!!!
