Room was small but clean. Near to Sentosa and Vivocity - lots of good food and shopping. My room was facing the cemetery but no big deal- I was able to sleep well. Just that the room was not that sound proof.

Great value for money, across the road from Vivocity. The supermarket is on the corner directly adjacent from the hotel. Cheaper option than staying on Sentosa itself. We stayed 4 nights and walked to Sentosa everyday. The boardwalk doesn’t take long and also saves you $4 for the monorail. Bed is comfortable, room was good size for 2 of us. The shower and toilet door is sliding and is shared. Could be weird if travelling with friends as there’s no changing privacy after you get out of the shower you just step into the room. The bathroom isn’t seperate

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Strangely, the top of our bed was about four feet high. We had to get a step stool from the staff so we could go bed.

There was nothing amazing with the service at the hotel or the hotel staff were not friendly or wanting to assust with it being a 4 star ratung everything was self served for the price if hotel we felt there should gave been more effort made to help guests Room was good and clean

Ill mannered male cashier

I appreciate that housekeeping brought us change of towels as soon as we requested for them. On 2nd day of our stay we tried their breakfast buffet & I was not so happy with the male employee who took our payments. I was waiting for my niece who has special needs to give me exact change but the male cashier showed his impatience & very condescendingly pointed in my hand what a Singapore 10 dollars is. We were the only people paying so there was no need for him to show his impudence. Definitely very rude & should not be in the cashier desk. I did not answer back to his ill manners because I do not want my niece with special needs to feel she is being insulted. Thank you for correcting this ill mannered male cashier.

I love the location, cleanliness and the staff. But the room was smelly and barely any hot water for shower which got me frustrated. And the breakfast was a big disappointment as it is very limited and no meat.
