Clean, comfortable hotel

The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. I was under the impression that it was closer to the airport, the free shuttle took about 40 minutes from airport to the hotel. This includes just checking other terminals for pick ups.

Very pleasant and clean Helpful staff. Room was up to date and comfortable. Only negative was the condition of exterior walls - badly need painting. It was surprising to see with how clean the interior was, with the external walls, mostly on the back side looked so shabby. Still enjoyed our stay a would recommend it to others.Also, it was difficult to connect with the shuttle at the airport because of incorrect information.

Stay one night with my family to catch the early morning flight. This hotel located along the coast. You can get a sea view room. It is close to airport as well. However, the buildings and rooms are really out of date. The exterior painting is faded and peeled off. The tiles on the bathtub are cracked. Time to remodel.

Comfortable hotel for airport stopover

Very comfortable hotel and great value for money location for an overnight stopover which saves going the longer distance into the centre of more expensive Singapore. The shuttle is great and very helpful, friendly driver on both journeys. It’s the best value hotel we’ve found nearest the airport in a nice location in Changi Village. Easy link using hotel shuttle bus from T1 if you need to go to T4 - just follow walking signs to T4 bus as you disembark at T1.

Stayed here during a layover from changi airport. Room was large and clean. We got room service which was delicious, quick and well priced. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Shuttle to airport next day was free and on time. Only negatives: the windows of the hotel rooms are completely coated in green slime, you can not see out of them atall. Shuttle busses are infrequent but we were able to get a taxi to the airport easily enough. Would recommend!

Large room (so unusual for Singapore!), lovely pool, a small quiet park nearby. Just keep in mind that the airport shuttle only runs for limited hours late in the morning and then again for some limited time in the afternoon, so we had to pay for the taxi both ways, to the total of about 60$, so I you may want to factor that in.

Hotel was not minutes away from the airport, 20 mins minimum, mid expensive cab ride because the shuttle isnt the best, 45 mins 1 way. Breakfast is lackluster for the price, you can stay in the city, newer hotel for the same price and the same expense for a taxi ride to the airport. 1 week cancellation where most of hotels.com is 24hrs. You can stay in the city for the same price at a newer hotel and the taxi will be the same to the airport. Disappointed is the kindest thing i can say.

Fine for a night or two

Very convenient with some pleasant waterside walks nearby. Hotel rooms ok, but bar and dining areas very quiet. Swimming pool facilities good. Exterior of hotel could do with a smarten up.
