It is a new hotel in the major shopping district of Singapore. High-end and clean. No complaints all, even though we didn't use most of hotel's facilities as we were busy with sighseeing activities.

The staff were nice. The property rather dated and underwhelming for this price point. It took them 3 tries to get our extra bed that was paid for and asked before hand. We had to wait a while to get the extra bed. It’s our special date to celebrate, but the experience was a bit disappointing. We stayed at the Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur and it was amazing and refined all around. So we thought this is going to be the same, since they are the same price points. However it was not.

Nice location

There are located opposite bus stop and close to the MRT Orchard station. Club lounge were very comfortable and they served different menu of noodle every morning. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I’m highly recommended this hotel.
