Perfect location

The location is perfect and the check in process was fast and easy. The staff are so friendly The only issue is the lobby , there is no actual lobby. Only few seats which always fill.overall highly recommended

Counter staff does not follow guest’s request and found herself an excuse. Staff did not admitted she did something wrong. I will not choose to stay this “five star” hotel again! The request was made around 9am to have room to be clean while we toured the city. By 3pm we were back with very tired bodies and exhausted and needed some rest right the way and found out that room was not clean yet. The girl in the front desk found all kinds excuse for not cleaning the room. Then we were sent to a lounge with warm temperatures for about an hour while they had room to be cleaned.

Recommended hotel in orchard

Overall a good stay with clean and friendly staff. My only concern is the power outage on 22/2 (12am to 5am). Although I know that is it beyond the hotel’s control, i don’t want to stay inside a dark and stuffy room for a few hours. I applaud the fact that the rooms were prepared with handheld fans to use while the aircon were out. Will definitely stay here again but hopefully no power outages next time 😅
