The room was clean and just as small as I expected it would be after seeing pictures of it online. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it's located one level above the link that takes you to terminal 2.

Price to value was terrible. For 100$ more you can stay at crown plaza and check out at noon, not at 0900h Toilet did not flush. There was no breakfast, Went to crown plaza for a proper breakfast. Sorry, not worth the money.

Very small for two if you are not used to small spaces. Double bed comfortable but only one side of the bed is accessible. Missed a floor mat in front of shower. Floor soaking wet after shower. Maybe more suitable for younger travellers.

Worst experience. The room was set to heating upon arrival. Spent 5-8 mins drenched in sweat trying to lower the temperature via the instructions on the thermostat. Rang reception. The rooms are centrally controlled. So you can not adjust the temperature yourself even though there are instructions on the wall near the door. It took another 10 mins for the room to cool down. That the temperature would be set to heating in a windowless room in the tropics if mind boggling. On top of the price for a 6pm check in, check in at another hotel. This was awful. Staff didnt seem to care as of this was just how this place rolls.

I am a frequent guest at Yotel Changi and may I say, the receptionists were always warm, friendly, welcoming (no matter what time of the day! Even at 2am) and the services I have received to date have always been genuinely accommodating. The staff were very attentive, and would go above & beyond to ensure my comfort. I had a mishap at the airport and was unfortunately unable to walk unaided after (this was in May 2025) and the staff provided such good care and understanding of my situation, I could not stop raving about it to others. Well done Yotel. Thank you for the exceptional service. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for easy access & convenience while transitting at the airport.
