Located in the charming seaside village of Torre delle Stelle, just 40 minutes from Cagliari and its airport, Villa Giulietta offers the perfect blend of comfort and Mediterranean charm.

Torre delle Stelle is one of the most renowned destinations on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, famous for its two main beaches, including the stunning Genn’e Mari, located just 200 metres from the villa.

Here, the sand is soft and golden, the sea features shallow, crystal-clear waters — ideal for children — and the turquoise shades provide excellent opportunities for snorkelling and diving.

Within a few minutes’ walk from the villa, guests will find three restaurants, two supermarkets, a fish monger, three cafés/bars, as well as tennis, football and basketball courts — everything needed for a relaxing holiday, where a car is not essential.

🌿 The Villa

Set within a lush Mediterranean garden of approximately 1,000 m², Villa Giulietta is arranged over three levels and offers bright and spacious interiors.

The property is surrounded by a fenced garden with english manicured lawns, mature trees and shaded lounging areas.

One of the highlights of the villa is the pool area, enhanced by an elegant stone patio — the perfect spot for relaxing under the Sardinian sun.

The fully equipped kitchen, built-in barbecue and outdoor dining area are ideal for enjoying leisurely al fresco meals.

The villa features five bedrooms, split across the three floors:

First floor: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, panoramic balcony and private entrance.

Ground floor: two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, two bathrooms with shower, fully fitted kitchen, and a spacious living area overlooking the garden and pool.

Lower ground floor: a double bedroom and a twin room, plus an additional bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, except for those on the lower ground floor, which are fitted with fans.

The property also features three outdoor showers — two by the pool and one at the back of the house.

Each booking requires a final cleaning and linen fee of €500.00 (per stay), payable by credit card to the management company before check-in.

The rental price includes:
Pool and garden maintenance
Gas, water, and electricity (up to 110 kWh per week)
Internet and TV
Bed linen and towels for all guests (bed sheets and 3 bath towels per person)
One cot and one crib are included in the price. A second cot/crib is available at an extra cost.
Guests are kindly requested to follow the recycling and waste disposal guidelines provided on site.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
