Ferienhaus mit Fernblick in Strandnähe

Das Ferienhaus ist ok, etwas in die Jahre gekommen (vor allem die Fenster), der Wohnraum ist modern eingerichtet (SAT TV und WLAN), die Schlafräume klein, nicht geräumig wie in der Beschreibung, ohne ausreichende Schrankkapazitäten zum Aufhängen, für ein Wochenende ausreichend, für 14 Tage deutlich zu wenig, 4 Bügel für 4 Personen etwas knapp, aber mehr Haken gibt es auch nicht. Küchenausstattung (Gläser, Geschirr, Töpfe, Messer u.s.w. für 4 Personen mehr als aureichend. Ferienhaus heizt sich schnell auf, Mückengitter vor den Fenstern der Schlafräume wären sehr wichtig, leider nur für das Badezimmer vorhanden. In tropischen Nächten über 20° ist es schwierig runterzukühlen und die Mücken draußen zu lassen. An kalten Tagen funktioniert die zentrale Heizung recht schnell. Der Garten wird regelmäßig gepflegt (Rasenmähen), trotzdem erscheint der Außenbereich, insbesondere die Terrasse, ungepflegt, viel Unkraut auf der Terrasse, Terrassenplatten sehr dreckig (wurden lange nicht mehr abgespritzt.) Die Lage ist gut, Strand mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, kleiner Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht nah dabei. Wer abends noch mal gerne in ein Restaurant möchte, ist in der Nähe von Bergen oder Schoorl besser aufgehoben, in den umliegenden Ortschaften ist das Angebot sehr begrenzt. Das nächste ist Schagen, 25 Min. mit dem Fahrrad.
