Erneuerungsbedarf

Ein hübsches Häuschen in ruhiger Lage mit kurzer Entfernung zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Allerdings sind am Ferienhaus dringen Renovierungsarbeiten im Innenbereich notwendig! Erneuerung der Handtuchhalter, der Couch im Wohnbereich und eine Erneuerung der Dusche. Einen großen Minuspunkt gibt es für die alte Küche! Durch einen Wasserschaden beschädigt verbreitet sich ein modriger Geruch im gesamten Wohnbereich. Unbedingt erneuern! Unangenehm und gesundheitsschädlich.

Schönes Haus mit guter Lage und in Strandnähe, allerdings mit Renovierungsbedarf in der Küche und den Bädern! Die Küche muss dringend erneuert werden, da sich durch einen alten Wasserschaden ein modriger, schimmeliger Greuch im Wohnbereich ausbreitet sobald eine Schranktür der Küche geöffnet wird. Die Duschkabine und die Handtuchhalter in den Bädern sollten auch ersetzt werden.

V popise chýbalo že je to dvojdom a teda nie celý objekt je k dispozicii,ale iba polovica. Dvor zanedbany,nedalo sa na ten kúsok "trávnika/buriny" ani deku položiť,vlastne ani sa tam dostať lebo kríky sú neidrziavane po celej šírke pozemku. Vnútri bolo čisto,izby boli v poriadku, chýbali náhradné návliečky keďže sme cestovali s deťmi(ale našťastie nebolo treba). Televízor sme nevedeli nastaviť takže išiel jeden nemecký program a jedno rádio. V kuchyni chýbala škrabka, viac variech,misiek.
