The apartment house has 3 apartments, and this particular studio is suitable for 2+1 people, having a surface area of 18m2. It has a double bed and a one-person couch bed. The bathroom is big and it has a hydro-massage shower and a toilet. The kitchen has all the major utilities that you would need for your comfortable stay, like a fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and stove. You have a TV and a coffee table in the room as well. The studio has a terrace with garden furniture. There is also a nice grill for summer night barbecues and great conversations.
