Ideal location for this beautiful 85 m2 apartment a few minutes from the historic center of Sion, the train station and all the amenities of the city center.
You enter a large living room and discover a modern kitchen, fully equipped and open to the living room with bar counter.
The living room, spacious and bright, offers a dining area and a pleasant lounge area with access to the balcony and open views.
The sleeping area offers two large bedrooms, each with new boxspring bedding measuring 160x200, storage space and a pretty bathroom-WC.
You can also use the building's shared laundry room by paying directly into the coin machine with Swiss money.

You will be ideally located, just 10 minutes on foot from the train station and 5 minutes from Place de la Planta, where you can find shops, bars and restaurants.

Easily access famous Valais ski resorts such as Nendaz, Crans-Montana, Anzère or Veysonnaz in less than 30 minutes by car.
The apartment is composed as follows: Entrance, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, giving access to the balcony with a clear view.

Clean, comfortable and great location

The flat was spotless, easy to find, warm and had everything we needed. We would visit again!

We had a good stay at this property. Communication was very friendly and very helpful via an external platform the hosts use. The Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very nice and cozy. The building has an elevator which brings you up half level below the flat. Dishes and cutlery should be restocked however and the washing machine mentioned is no longer usable for non-residents, just a dryer. The surroundings are quiet and calm. Parking during the night across the street is cheap during the night, but not over the course of the day. Overall we would come again if there is a usable washing machine.
