Cottage located in a residential area [URL hidden for your security] Siorac-en-Périgord. It is on the ground floor of a main house inhabited upstairs by the owners. This one bedrrom accommodation is ideal for 1 or 2 people.

The cottage is completely independent with its own private entrance and is fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. You will be ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir. You are 1 km from shops (grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, etc.), 2 km from the Dordogne River, 10 km from the village of St-Cyprien, and 20 km from the town of Sarlat. In the surrounding area, you will find canoeing bases, hiking trails, 2 golf courses, markets (and gourmet markets in the evenings) and much more.

The accommodation has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, etc. There is a living room with a television. One bedroom with a 140x190 bed and space for your clothes. One bathroom with shower and toilet. You have access to a terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ. In the kitchen, there is a washing machine and a clothes horse. You will have access to Wi-Fi. Sheets and towels are provided. Cleaning is included in the price.

The Siorac en Perigord SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away (we can pick you up at the station). Sarlat is 27km away, Bergerac airport is 45km away, and Périgueux is 55km away. Please note that this is a non-smoking house (smoking outside). Pets may be allowed on request only as we have pets ourselves.
