This hotel was great. I would recommend. Very clean. Updated. Laminate floors in your room, new shower head, comfortable bed, nice breakfast options, coffee 24/7. Quiet. Very nice.

No refund after car accident & no able to arrive

We hit a deer on our way to the hotel, therefore totalling the vehicle and were not able to get there. We contacted hotels.com and explained the situation and were told we would get a refund. Another person in our group also booked and was told the same thing. We have both been refused a refund, even though these were circumstances out of our control. We had to book 2 more rooms for that night in Watertown. So we’ve both payed for each room. Both very disappointed that we were charged for this room!
