Convenient location close to the interstate. A bit pricey for what it offers. Breakfast needs improvement. Adding donuts or danishes would not go amiss. Staff at reception was never there during our 2 stays. So busy multitasking that both times we were there we had to dial 0 with the house phone to get them to come out. I will not book this hotel again as it was clearly run very very cheaply. How expensive are donuts in South Dakota....

there was no one at the desk when I came in and another couple was also waiting. When the person arrived he was very hurried in trying to get us all checked in. Another guest also needed new keys. He did not tell me where the room was located and that we had to come inside. Felt very rushed and not good immediate info. Didnt have time to make a dinner location suggestion . Room was nice and beds comfortable. Breakfast was better than some motel breakfasts. Had biscuits and gravy which always wins me over.

Decent for the price. Room clean and comfy but upper hallway reeked of marijuana all the time, worse at night. Hot tub was not hot. Breakfast was basic.

The cleaning staff did the best they were able. Bedding was clean, towels stark white, bathroom scrubbed. There was a distinct mold/mildew smell that was coming from the air unit. The air vent in the bathroom looked as though it hadn’t been wiped down or blown out in months.the carpet definitely needed a steam cleaning. It felt almost like it had been wet and dried crunchy. We stayed at this same location last year but the upper level, they had to have been updated. We did not have the same experience this year as last.

The first room we were assigned had a very heavy urine smell to it, so we went back to the desk. The person at the desk was apologetic and promptly gave us another room. The second room was clean and comfortable, but the hallway near it had a musty/moldy smell to it (not noticed in the room). Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty.
