Clean the carpets and it will be just fine

The person who checked me in was very efficient, friendly and polite. The room smelled like old shoes probably due to the carpet not being steam cleaned in who knows how long. They made no attempt to vacuum from the previous guest which further tells of their non focus with floor maintenance. Bed was comfortable, clean sheets and towels. WiFi kept kicking me off and taking a minute or so to reconnect. I typically stay at the Baymont right next to the ihop whole overnighting in Sioux Falls. I thought I would save the $20 to stay here. If they clean the carpets it would be a good value. Also, please stop people from smoking right outside the front doors…I made no complaint the front desk person because he shouldn’t have to apologize for the lapse in housekeeping. Thanks

what a pleasant experience, the front desk person was just perfect, so friendly. so helpful. so eager to please. everything was clean and pretty and the room was so gorgeous and smelled so great. linens were perfection. helpfulness was off the charts. great and I love staying here and I will always stay here!

Friendly & Comfortable Motel

This place has always been our go to place when we go to Sioux Falls. The service is great & staff are very friendly. It’s a great location with a couple restaurants/bar that are walkable & shopping close drive. Love their biscuits & gravy breakfast with other options too. We’ll be back.
