This property is always super clean and comfortable. In the past the toiletries have been provided so when we arrived this trip and found only hair conditioner in one bathroom and two half used body washes in the other bathroom, that threw us a bit. Would have been nice to know those items are no longer provided. In addition, the master bed mattress has been very comfortable in the past, but you can tell it is wearing out and needs replacing soon. Keurig type coffee is provided, but no condiments like sugar or coffee filters, if you want to use the coffee drip option on the coffee pot. Very nice to have a garage and now a garage clicker is provided.

The title of this cute gem says it all…Marvelous! Place was exceptionally clean, easy access, well stocked kitchen, complimentary variety of coffees and fenced in back yard was nice for our fur baby and very comfortable beds! Our family of four was very comfortable! James is a great host, and allowed us to check in an hour early! We will definitely stay here again!!

This home was just as pictured and described. We had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The home is located right amongst all the shopping we wanted, and was six minutes from the hotel where our retreat was happening, so the convenience was appreciated. We even used the garage so that no one had to park on the street, recognizing how helpful that feature would be during the snowy, icy months of the year!The baby seat was very helpful, as the pack and play would have been, had my granddaughter not shared the king bed with me and my daughter.

Amazing property

We were in town for a softball tournament, 4 adult coaches and 1-15 year old team player. The location was great within 2 miles of the fields and everything to restaurants and shopping were within 10 to 15 minutes away. Besides having a very comfortable home to stay in with updated appliances. We really appreciated the little extra touches to made us feel welcomed such as coffee, detergent for the washers, individual make-up wipes, paper plates etc. Also, the beds and bedding compared to a 5 star hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Central Location

This property is located right off 41st between Kiwanis and Western and is ideally suited to travel anywhere in the Sioux Falls area, with many restaurants, shops, and services in easy walking distance. The property was clean and equipped with every possible convenience for a comfortable stay of any duration, we stayed eight days and it was perfect. Two items about this property which I don't think is included in the description: (1) The laundry room is located down a flight of stairs in the basement. There is a beautiful new washer and dryer but if you have mobility issues with stairs the laundry location could be problematic. (2) Both the driveway and the garage are shared space with the adjacent VRBO unit. This didn't present any problem for us, we didn't use the garage in any case, but if you are particularly sensitive to sharing space with strangers you should be aware of this configuration.

Convenient

Convenient, quiet, clean. That covers everything an older couple needs to enjoy their stay in Sioux Falls. We enjoyed our granddaughter’s wedding and visited with friends and relatives - all made easy because our rental was in a great location and very comfortable. The Perkins restaurant next door is an added plus for breakfast!
