We stayed here for the music festival. The bed was very comfy, room was clean. Only thing that was we didn't really get a lot of information when we checked in. Other hotels I usually get wifi password, check out time, breakfast info. There was none of that. In the room there was nothing with local info either. Nothing that had any info about the hotel or local food places. It would have been nice to have that information. Otherwise it was a nice room and very convenient location to where the festival was so we will be staying again next year.

Poor service

We booked a king in Dec 2024 and we received two queen. When I asked the manager said they were booked and we were lucky to get a room. How is that even possible? Restaurant worker (front desk) rude when we came down for breakfast. Said she was very busy and seemed annoyed with us. Soap in the shower empty and stain on bedspread. Wanted to love it. It just made our stay frustrating.

The hotel was old but clean but didn’t have any linens for the pull out couch…which is a necessity when traveling as a family and it was very noisy late into the evening without staff asking guests to respect other guests after 11:00 at night.

Convenient to convention center

We love the convenience of this hotel to the convention center. They were undergoing some remodeling to the rooms while we were there so maybe our next stay will be in a newly renovated room.
