Room 226 has bed bugs. During my couple nights I got full of bites went to the Dr. to get it checked, they confirmed it was. Called the hotel to let them know and all I got was a “Ok thanks for letting us know”. No type of try to reimburse or even say sorry.

Only thing was walking through the hallway on last night being there was the strong aroma of pot . The worker only I said it and he walked inside from smoking it but it was real heavy in front of his dorm the place of hallway they got to get that under control . I know he was smoking in there with the powerful order right in front of his room.

The bed was very comfortable. Pillows however were all lumpy. The only really disturbing thing regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom was the side of the toilet tank nearest the sink had some fecal matter on it. It's a no smoking building yet all 4 nights I was there, the 2nd floor hallway reeked of marijuana smoke. I probably won't stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, surprisingly quiet, and very well priced. The included continental breakfast was so good that I would travel from Arizona to South Dakota again just for it. Everything at this hotel was perfect, but what made our stay so memorable was the gentleman that worked the front desk. He was so personable and helpful to us. He knew that we had our granddaughter with us for the day and gave us so many ideas on fun places that we can take her. This place was absolute perfection and he was even better than that.
