Cozy, Lovingly Furnished Holiday Apartment "Lavendel" with Covered Terrace & Balcony

Sipplingen on Lake Constance offers hiking, cycling, and beautiful excursions. Centrally located in the village, in a quiet area about 8 minutes’ walk from the lakeshore and harbor, you’ll find Residence Flower Idyll with the inviting "Lavendel" apartment on the first floor (at ground level).



The 83 m² apartment features a living room with sofa, side table, cable TV, and radio. There’s a dining area for 4 and a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. A cloakroom area, 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed, and a modern bathroom with spacious washbasin, mirrored wall, toilet, and shower with rain head are included. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge. You’ll find a guest folder in the apartment; further information is available at the tourist office. The 30 m² covered terrace/south-facing balcony is furnished with 2 loungers and a sun umbrella. Guests can use a table tennis table at the main house, about 30 m away, during their stay.



The train station, small supermarket, several restaurants, and the free natural beach are all about 8 minutes’ walk away. Sipplingen is an ideal base for many excursions. Numerous cycling and hiking trails invite you to explore.



Each apartment includes a parking space. Bicycles can be stored in 2 lockable bike rooms. Please note this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.



From mid-September 2026 to the end of March 2027, renovation work will take place in a holiday apartment in the guesthouse. Due to possible noise, you’ll receive a special price, already included in the rental rate.

This apartment offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
