You will like my accommodation for these reasons: from the 3 terraces you can enjoy a magnificent view on both sides of the peninsula, the flat is very comfortable and functional, a few steps from the castle of Sirmione. My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travellers and families with children.

Parking is available, but on condition that your car is no taller than 164 cm, otherwise you can park at the Monte Baldo car park for 17 euro per day. On the Diaz lakeside there are free parking spaces. Of course you can enter the residence for unloading and loading luggage.From 1 January to 31 December each guest from the age of 14 years must pay a tourist tax: 2.80 Euro per person, payable in cash on arrival.
