The apartment, located on the second floor without a lift, welcomes guests with the living room equipped with air conditioning, double sofa bed, dining table with chairs and fully equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks the balcony equipped with table and outdoor chairs for lunches and dinners in the open air. The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with double bed, large wardrobe and overlooking the surrounding vineyards. The apartment layout is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.



*The residence swimming pool is seasonal and can be used from 25 May to 30 September, from 10:00 - 13:00 / 15:30 - 21:00. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in an itinerary discovering Lugana Wine whilst pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed is Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events and the marvellous beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



The residence is only 30 minutes from Verona airport and 15 minutes by car from Desenzano del Garda and Peschiera del Garda train stations.
