Apartment with portico and private garden, within a residence with large swimming pool in Sirmione.



The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto a bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks the porch furnished with a lovely table and chairs for outdoor meals with a view of a small private garden, convenient for families with children! The house is completed by a bedroom with a double bed, smart TV and wardrobe, together with a bathroom with shower.



The shared swimming pool measures 10m x 20m and is open from 20 May to 23 September, from 9 to 8 pm. The use of a swimming cap is required.

The pearl of Lake Garda is what the marvellous city of Sirmione is nicknamed. Starting from the city's historic walls, you begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaliger Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers truly unforgettable views. For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in an itinerary discovering Lugana Wine whilst pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed are Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events and the marvellous beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.

Schöne FeWo in ruhiger Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage im Stadtteil Colombare. Die Anlage selbst ist nicht mehr die jüngste, die Wohnung aber renoviert und in sehr gutem Zustand. Ruhe ist auf jeden Fall gegeben. Zum See sind sind es mit dem Rad 5 Minuten, was wir auch unbedingt empfehlen, um schnell mal nach Sirmione zu kommen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Tiefgarage, gerade im Sommer. Die speziellen Poolzeiten kennen wir bereits aus anderen Anlagen in Italien, ebenso die relativ strengen Bedingungen (Badekappe, nicht springen, tauchen etc.). Die eher älteren Mitbewohner möchten eher ihre Ruhe. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Bei Ankunft auf ersten Blick als Top. Wobei uns schon ein extrem nach Chemikalien Geruch entgegen kam. Der Geruch ist für Babys nicht tragbar. Überall Hundehaare. Schmutziges Geschirr. Bettwäsche riecht ebenfalls schlimm. Agentur vor Ort wollte nicht helfen oder tätig werden. Ein Austausch der Bettwäsche würde abgelehnt. Es kam auch niemand vorbei um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Deshalb negativ und für Kinder absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Preis überteuert für dieses Objekt.

Allting var helt perfekt! Lägenheten var toppen och låg i ett lugnt och fint område. Det fanns flera bra restauranger i närområdet. Lite konstiga poolregler bara - fick inte bada där mellan 13.30 - 15.30 (dagens varmaste timmar), badmössa ett måste trots kal skalle m.fl.
