Apartment with balcony inside a residential complex with shared swimming pools and large green spaces, located in Sirmione.



The apartment is located on the ground floor, and welcomes guests with a living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV and an open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and American coffee machine; through a French window it is possible to access the private balcony with outdoor table and chairs, overlooking the garden of the residential complex.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed with an attached wardrobe.

The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine.



The shared swimming pools are open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

Die Räume waren sehr klein und dunkel. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten nicht sofort nach Einschalten und hatten ein sehr seltsames Verhalten. Wenn alle Funktions-LEDs aus waren, war die Anlage an. In der Küche hat alles soweit gepasst. Der Pool war knapp 300 m weiter weg in der Anlage gegenüber. Dort wurden wir ziemlich angegangen, weil wir keine Badekappe hatten. Das stand auch nirgends. Deswegen haben wir auf einen 2. Durchgang verzichtet. Das Wasser im 2. Pool war recht dreckig. Der große Pool war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nervig war, dass esd nur ein Schlüssel gab und man aber ohne Schlüssel nicht aus der Anlage kam. Die nahe Straße hat man gut hören können. Die angrenzende Gaststätte war bis in die Nacht rein auch recht laut. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte. Die Lage zum Gardasee ist ganz gut aber alles in allem würden wir ungern 1 ganze Woche in der kleinen Wohnung verbringen wollen. Es hat soweit gepasst, 3.5 Sterne von uns.

Bel appartement bien situé

Appartement idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes, bien situé pour visiter la région. La climatisation et le fait qu'il soit au rez-de-chaussée sont de réels atouts par temps chaud comme nous l'avons connu. Il y a toutefois plusieurs points à améliorer: - Aucune information dans les annonces concernant la procédure de récupération/restitution des clés qui est assez contraignante. Le passage à l'agence est totalement inutile car toutes les infos sont données via What's app et/ou pourraient être envoyées par email. Une boite à clé pourrait être installée prêt du portail comme c'est déjà le cas pour plusieurs autres appartements... - L'annonce n'indique pas non plus que le parking est situé proche de la piscine qui se trouvent tous deux dans une autre partie de la résidence à +/- 200m avec une route à traverser et 3 portail à ouvrir. (on s'y habitude mais dommage de ne pas le préciser dans la description). => un seul jeu de clé nécessaire à l'ouverture de tous ces portails pose parfois problème en famille - Nous n'avons pas non plus d'information sur les évènements qui se déroulent dans la résidence et si nous pouvons avoir accès à la zone de jeu (pingpong, basket, ...) aucune information claire à ce sujet dans l'appartement ou dans la description. - La nécessité de bonnet de bain pour la piscine devrait également être mieux mis en avant dans les documents reçus - enfin nous regrettons l'absence d'informations touristique dans l'appartement ou de la part de Wonderful Italy
