The house is on two floors and opens onto a bright and spacious open-plan living room equipped with a double sofa bed, television, and dining table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, toaster, and coffee maker. From here there is access to the patio with a beautiful private infinity pool. To the rear of the house is the green garden with sun loungers.The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the villa's private garden. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. Finally, the third bedroom, reached by stairs, has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, television, and ensuite bathroom with access to the terrace. This magnificent cottage continues to impress on the lower floor, with a small sauna at the complete disposal of guests and an additional shower. Finally, a third bathroom with shower completes the layout.Guests will enjoy amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, and independent heating for colder days.Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property (width 6.65 m - length 5.40 m - height 2.15 m).The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.*Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
