The Space:

Black Butte Ranch offers guests 1800 acres of nature to explore, including over 18 miles of hiking and biking trails. You will have access to the hot tubs and pools at Glaze Meadow and South Meadow. The resort also has two championship golf courses, tennis courts, and horseback riding to enjoy. The home is conveniently located just a half-mile from the South Meadow pool and a little over a mile from the Glaze Meadow Sports Complex. For shopping, dining, and more activities, you can visit the charming town of Sisters about 10 miles east of Black Butte. The Hoodoo Ski Area, perfect for skiers and tubers alike, is roughly 16 miles west of this home.



This comfy cabin, surrounded by aspens and pines, is the ideal spot for your family’s next trip to Black Butte Ranch. The home has been updated with a connected kitchen/dining area, lava rock fireplace, and window bench where you can enjoy a game of backgammon while also admiring peaceful views of the forest. When you're ready to head outside, the home's spacious deck has plenty of bench seating, a private grill, and Adirondack chairs to relax in with your favorite microbrew or glass of wine while taking in some of the sunny weather that Central Oregon is famous for.

Very small rustic cabin at Black Butte Ranch. No garage for storing bikes, very little kitchen storage space, upstairs bedroom does not have a door (it’s a loft) and the upstairs bathroom is so small that you can’t close the door when using the sink. The property around the home is not well maintained, tall grass and weeds surround, so although it is dog friendly, you have to walk down the road to let them out. The deck outside is very old and falling apart. Do not recommend walking barefoot. Finally, there is a 12 digit code needed to enter the house, so if you forget the code, you’ll be locked out. Impossible to remember. The information provided by the management company ahead of time did not include how to access Black Butte Ranch community or parking pass information. Also, the access code, lock code, WiFi username and password were all incorrect. We needed to call the management company upon arrival to get into the rental and have accurate info.

Had a great visit to Black Butte Ranch with this property. Clean and plenty of room. Only were able to stay for 3 days and wished we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend this location.
