Tucked among towering ponderosa pines with the Deschutes National Forest right in your backyard, Woodzy is the kind of place you come to truly unwind. Sip your morning coffee on the back deck, breathe in the forest air, and settle into the peaceful rhythm of Black Butte Ranch. After a day of biking, swimming, or exploring the ranch, come home to a warm and inviting space featuring wood-beamed ceilings, a cozy wood stove, and an open-concept living area designed for gathering.

The home offers a comfortable and functional layout for families and groups. On the main level, you’ll find a king bedroom, a bunk room with two sets of bunks that sleep four, and a full bathroom, along with the open kitchen, dining, and living areas. Upstairs, there is a spacious primary suite with a private deck and en suite bathroom with a shower, an additional bedroom with a double bed, and another full bathroom. The loft area includes a TV, games, and a game table, creating a perfect space for kids or a relaxed movie night.

Step outside onto the back deck overlooking the forest, where you’ll find seating, two dining tables, and a grill—ideal for enjoying meals surrounded by nature.

The home is located within Black Butte Ranch, where guests can enjoy the many amenities the ranch has to offer. Bikes are a favorite way to explore, whether you bring your own or rent them on site. Parking is available in designated areas, and street parking is not permitted. The garage is reserved for owner use only.

Guests will enjoy contactless entry for a smooth arrival, and we are always available if needed—just a call or message away. A resort fee is collected with your reservation in accordance with Black Butte Ranch requirements (updated January 2024).

Deschutes County #618808. Please note there is a camera at the front porch monitoring the driveway and entry for security purposes; it is not monitored once guests arrive.You have access to the house, but not the garage.

Most people bike to and from where they want to go on the ranch with bikes they bring themselves or rent from the ranch. Cars as well and lots of walkers. Guests can park in designated spaces and locations. Never park on the street or off the driveways.

We will be collecting the ranch resort fees inside of your reservation. If you`ve stayed at the ranch this is a new system as of January 2024.
13.5% resort is added to your reservation for nightly rate only. This is a fee charged by Black Butte Ranch that they want homeowners to collect on their behalf.

This apartment offers its guests a sauna and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at this apartment.
