Villa Mas Peirot is an authentic 850 m² Masía, originally built in 1800 and recently renovated while preserving its original character.

The estate covers 60 hectares, including 6 ha of vineyards and 1 ha of fruit trees.

IMPORTANT: Rates for May and June are based on 10 guests. Maximum capacity is 18 guests. From 10 guests onwards, a supplement of €80 per person / night applies.

The villa is located in the municipality of Cunit (12 minutes from Sitges and 25 minutes from Barcelona, with easy motorway access just 1.5 km from the masía).

The beaches of Cunit are a 20-minute walk away. 4 minutes by car.

Masía Mas Peirot is surrounded by hectares of vineyards and Mediterranean nature. The setting of the property is truly idyllic.

This beautiful area is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying peace and quiet.

Supermarkets are just 2 minutes away by car or approximately a 15-minute walk. The nearest restaurants and bars are only 3 minutes away by car from the villa.

It is a wonderful environment to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature. Up to 18 guests.

Stays of up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: €400.
2 weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 people, 2 hours): €100 + Final cleaning: €400.
3 weeks: Two intermediate cleanings: €100 each + Final cleaning: €400.
Tourist tax:
€1 per adult / day, applicable during the first 7 days of the stay.

Low season (October to April):
Heating: €300 / week

Additional supplement from 6 guests onwards, €100 per person per day.
