The main room has a double bed and faces the back, making it a very quiet room. The second room has 2 bunk beds and access to the small terrace-laundry room. In the living room there are 2 single sofa beds.
The apartment has been recently renovated and has air conditioning in the living room, an internal patio with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and a 42-inch television.
