Important information:

New construction has recently begun on the opposite street, across from the building. We currently do not know the exact completion date or if there will be any work stoppages during the summer of 2026. As this construction is external to the property and beyond our control, we want to transparently inform our guests that, depending on the work schedule, there may be some noise during the day, which could occasionally affect their rest or overall experience.

This 2-bedroom apartment is located in the San Crispín neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the center of Sitges and its beaches.

The San Crispín neighborhood is a residential area just steps from the train tracks. Sitges train station is a 5-minute walk away.

The accommodation sleeps 6 people and has 2 bedrooms. It is located on the ground floor of the building with windows facing the street, making it ideal for people with reduced mobility as there are no stairs to climb.

The master bedroom has a double bed and faces the rear of the property, making it very quiet. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and access to a small terrace/laundry area. The living room has two single sofa beds.

The apartment is recently renovated and features air conditioning in the living room, an internal patio with a washing machine, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a 42-inch television.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 11 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
