The property offers plenty of space to live together comfortably (up to 12 guests) while still providing corners to switch off or work remotely thanks to high-speed Wi-Fi/fiber.

Next to the house you’ll find a bungalow with a private entrance, adding an extra layer of independence (perfect for a couple, grandparents, a nanny, or anyone who appreciates more privacy). It features a 1.60 m bed, a walk-in closet, a full bathroom with a spacious shower, its own kitchen, and a small living area, with direct access to the garden and sea views.

Casa Roca is in a very quiet residential area with strict noise rules: no parties or events. Outdoor music is not allowed, and you must avoid noise that could be heard by neighbors, especially from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am. Please arrive and leave quietly—no shouting or slamming doors—especially at night.
