Spacious and sunny ground floor apartment (100m2) in the Vinyet area near the Terramar Golf area.

Being a ground floor, it benefits from a large private garden area where you can sunbathe as well as have lunch and dinner.

The communal pool is very large and has a green area where you can relax and sunbathe.

The living room and master bedroom have access to the private south-facing garden with sea views. Sun loungers are provided for sunbathing in complete tranquillity.

The 2 bedrooms are spacious, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The mattresses are 160cmx200cm and 80x200, very comfortable and of the highest quality: important for sleeping well!

The 2 bathrooms are large and have a bathtub.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is also not permitted. Smoke-free area.

There is a supermarket nearby. Terramar beach is a 10-minute walk away. The centre of Sitges is a 20-minute walk away.
