With a privileged location facing the sea in Sitges, Villa Madonna is an impressive maritime villa with a private heated pool and designed garden just a few steps from the center of Sitges. The villa has been completely renovated in 2020 and offers spacious and fabulous accommodation for up to 14 people in 7 magnificent rooms. Located 25-30 min away from the International Airport of Barcelona, Villa Madonna is one of the best options to enjoy what Sigtes has to offer all around the year.

The villa has been decorated with exceptional quality with modern and peaceful interiors on the seafront. Distributed on 4 floors, a large group or a large multigenerational family can stay comfortably knowing that there are numerous terraces and outdoor spaces for recreational purposes. The ground floor has a spacious and bright interior living room with a large sofa that opens onto an outside terrace with relaxing furniture; open the sliding doors and you will have the perfect indoor/outdoor living space. The large dining table with seating for 14 people is a beautiful airy space and overlooks the pool area. The kitchen has its own dining terrace with high-end Imperial appliances and all modern conveniences making it a perfect place for chefs to get to work.

An elevator to the second and third floor will take you to the 6 main bedrooms of the villa and then to the attic with its double bedroom and fantastic sea views. In total, there are 6 double rooms and a double in this villa. The Master bedroom deserves a special mention in this villa. Located on the first floor, sharing this apartment with another bedroom, has a wardrobe for him and her, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi and a separate shower. The master bedroom terrace has a wonderful view of the promenade and the sea.

For those of you who like to work out, the house comes with a brand new gym with state-of-the-art equipment for complete training.
