Biz gece yarısı vardığımızda , odamızı başkalarına satmışlardı. Uyanmadan yalan söylediler. Hata tamamen otel yöneticilerindeydi. Hotel.com yardım ekibi bizimle ilgilen ancak gece saat 02 gibi başka otele gitmek kaldık
