The Villa was wonderfull and so was the owner downstair. However, we had to deal with a sub agent which was situated in the next town....not to far in distance but 45 minutes. No one wanted to greet us at the Villa so we had to detour at their office to pick up the keys and to return the keys. They were not very accomodating and I was not impressed with their services. The Villa again, was great however.
