Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises a 30 m² living room, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
The apartment is composed as follows
- A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Enclosed west-facing loggia with dining area and sofa.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
