Private: well-kept garden 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 2 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 26.Oct.) with alarm system and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bakery, café 500 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Toulon" 17 km, sandy beach "du Cros Le Brusc" 500 m. Nearby attractions: Iles du Gaou 1 km, Iles des Embiez, Iles de Porquerolles, Calanques de Cassis, Hyeres. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
