Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Iles des Embiez, Bendor, Porquerolles. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in SIX FOURS LES PLAGES, 3 km.

Spacious and bright, renovated in 2013, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the garden, to the veranda. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Sep. WC. Excellente relation avec l'agence Très réactive à nos soucis d'électroménagers Maison bien placée et belle vue sur la mer Cependant, pas de lave lave vaisselle, ni de lave lave linge, cafetiere vetuste Gros problèmes d'électricité Dommage !

Gepflegtes Haus, modern eingerichtet und tolle Lage

Das Haus liegt 50 Meter von einem sehr kleinen Strand, das hat den Vorteil, daß man dort sehr ungestört baden kann. Das Haus liegt in einer Anlage mit zentralem Tor, so daß man dort wirklich viel Ruhe hat. Die sehr moderne Einrichtung von Bad und Küche war hochwertig. Es gibt eine Veranda die überdacht ist und bei Bedarf komplett geschlossen werden kann. Das ist im Hochsommer vielleicht nachteilig, aber in der Nebensaison bei Sturm und Regen nur von Vorteil. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und gute Restaurant liegen fußläufig. Besonders ist hier das Riviera III im Nachbarort Brusc zu erwähnen. Hier wird wirklich die Haute Cusine gepflegt und man darf etwas anderes erwarten als von den vielen Touristenrestaurants. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es gab keinen Korkenzieher, was in Frankreich eigentlich eine Todsünde ist :-)

accueil très agréable du personnel lors de la remise des clés (cette maison étant en effet gèré par un pro) maison très bien localisée qui optimise les atouts des lieux et qui aurait méritée 5 étoiles mais je met un bémol sur la politique tarifaire ou tout se rajoute : linge de toilettes, draps, wifi (si, si, même le wifi est payant), ménage obligatoire (multiplié par le nombre de personnes) à des coûts qui se situent vraiment dans la fourchette haute pour ces catégories de prestations
