Appartement très bien situé, très agréable avec son rez-de jardin et (petite) terrasse pour profiter des couchers de soleil sur la mer. Les 2 salles d'eau sont un plus. Seul petit bémol : quelques fournitures un peu chiches (papier toilette, nombre de bols...).

excellent emplacement

+ bien équipé et bien situé face à la mer avec piscine, parc, étang, tennis,mini-golf et boulodromes réservés aux résidents. - dommage que cette année, plusieurs fois par semaine, un bar à 15m monte sa sono à une valeur inacceptable en début de soirée jusque parfois plus de 23 h.

Au calme dans résidence au bord de la mer

L appartement est parfaitement situé, au calme dans la résidence. L appartement est grand, lumineux et confortable avec 2 salles de bain. Il manque cependant un four et un lave linge pour rendre cet appartement parfait! (Il n y a plus de laverie accessible dans la résidence et cela est gênant) Attention aussi à l arrosage automatique de nuit qui ne vous permet pas de laisser sécher vos serviettes de plage et autres à l extérieur. La proximité de la plage et des commerces, la place de parking couvert et l accès à la piscine sont très agréables. Des vacances en bord de mer sans voiture !
