Villa very nice terrace facing the sea and barceccue enable you to enjoy the long evenings of southern France. Very well equipped. A villa where one feels good. close to all amenities and activities. The villa is a pleasant Provencal house proposed even in low season (approximately 100m2).
The beach is across the street.
The port is 100 meters away.

Sympathisches Haus am Meer

Die Besitzerin wohnt auf dem Grundstück. Sie ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin und sehr nett und unkompliziert. Strand ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es war alles sehr sauber.

Urlaub am Meer

Leider stimmen die Angaben im Inserat nicht ganz. Das Bild im Inserat ist veraltet. Die Terrasse ist nicht mehr so groß wie abgebildet Kein Garten mit Rasen vorhanden. Alle Freiflächen sind gepflastert. Kein Sat TV, nur französische Sender. WLAN Empfang klappte nicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht aber nur französisch und wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück. Ihr Schlafzimmer ist nur durch eine Zimmertüre vom vermieteten Wohnzimmer getrennt. Das Haus befindet sich an einer Durchgangsstrasse , gegenüber einer Bushaltestelle, eines Parkplatzes und gegenüber vom Meer. Man muss nur über die Strasse und schon ist man am Meer. Die Natur in der Umgebung ist sehr schön.

Super house and super host

We have just spend two weeks in this lovely house and it was wonderful. The host Madame Menvielle is very friendly and insure that the holidays were perfekt. The house has a perfekt location just next to the beach and the cosy terrasse has given us many hours of joy. Merci beaucoup!

Angenehmes Haus in hervorragender Lade

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Germaine. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Germaine stand jederzeit mit Tipps und einem offnem Ohr für unsere Wünsche zur Verfügung. Aus den oberen Fenstern hat man eine gute Sicht auf den Strand und das Meer. Zum Baden muss man nur über die Straße und hat sowohl einen Kies - als auch einen Sandstrand zur Verfügung. Gleich um die Ecke befinden sich die notwendigen Geschäfte und sehr schöne Restaurants. Die Straße ist zwar direkt vor dem Haus, aber der Verkehr hält sich in Grenzen, da ca einen km weiter ohnehin Schluss ist. Einziges Manko ist der Freisizu vor dem Haus, er ist der Sonne direkt ausgesetzt, da fehlt es ein wenig an Schatten. Aber das ist wirklich der einzige Makel. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette location, bien située, à 2 minutes à pied du Brusc. Idéal pour prendre le bateau pour aller sur l'ïle des Embiez, juste en face. Proche de l'Ile du Gaou et de nombreuses plages. Il suffit de traverser la route pour être sur la plage (juste en face, plage de petits cailloux et un peu sur la droite, plage de sable). La maison est confortable et fonctionnelle. L'environnement est calme.
