T2 cute with terrace and garden, 1 min from the port of Brusc, 4 min from the beaches.
A pretty apartment, on the ground floor, in a very peaceful and secure residence, with parking space. Both functional and elegant, it offers a pretty fitted kitchen (with fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, plancha), a bathroom (Italian shower, washing machine), a bedroom (double bed) and a sleeping area (double bed, sheets not provided).  Its sheltered terrace and the garden allow you to spend pleasant moments, lulled by the cries of seagulls and the tinkling of the masts of the harbor boats. There are various cupboards and storage space, a TV and wifi, in the lounge area with a sofa. 
The wild paradise of Gaou, with its small coves, is right next to (on foot), the Ile des Embiez opposite the port. Several beaches (Charmettes, Cros ...) are within walking distance, a few minutes (between 3 and 5 min).
Shops (bakeries, butchers, convenience stores, various restaurants etc ...) and the Thursday market are nearby, all within walking distance as well.
Ideal for vacationers in search of tranquility but also for athletes: Cape Sicié, coastal path, nautical activities, cycle paths ... Saint-Mandrier also nearby. Direction Hyères, Cros and Poquerolles islands ...
