Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 135 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool in Six-Fours-les-Plages, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises an attractive 44 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 640 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 44 m² living room with sofa and armchairs, TV
- A dining area for enjoying a meal together
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a utility room with access to the swimming pool.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower and bath, vanity unit and WC
- Separate WC

On the air-conditioned 1st floor (under the roof) :
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- A reading area

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 10 m² swimming pool (private, unheated) facing west, semi-underground. Open all year round, equipped with an alarm. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
- A 640 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 30 m² east-facing terrace with table and chairs
- 80 m² west-facing terrace with garden furniture and swimming pool

The house is ideally located in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a quiet area close to the forest for walking and mountain biking. Just 1 km from the town centre and 3 km from the beaches.

If you choose to come by car, you can park 4 cars inside the property.

Siamo stati seguiti, consigliati e supportati dal team fin dall’inizio, in particolare, Angelique e Julie sono state sempre disponibili oltre che gentili e premurose. La casa era perfettamente corrispondente a quanto visto al momento della prenotazione. Ambienti puliti, zona tranquilla, servizi completi. Volendo dare un suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente consiglierei una migliore illuminazione notturna del giardino e degli spazi esterni.

Villa Coquelicot Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement proposé. Il y a tout, un beau jardin, une belle piscine, une table de ping pong, un terrain de pétanque, un barbecue, la climatisation et nous sommes proches des commerces en cas de besoins rapides. Le logement est très bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, accès wifi). Le fait qu’il y ait plusieurs jeux de clés facilite grandement l’organisation d’un grand groupe. Élément à noter, il n’y a qu’un WC pour toute la maison. À cette exception près, vous allez y passer un très agréable moment, que ce soit à la fraîcheur du patio à côté du BBQ ou sur la grande table en bois à l’intérieur se prêtant à des soirées de jeux de société endiablées. Merci pour cette petite pépite !

Villa Coquelicot "Séjour très agréable dans une maison bien équipée, calme, spacieuse, une agence réactive pour répondre à nos besoins, un petit bémol pour la piscine qui semble manquer d’entretien, une eau trouble à notre arrivée, un système de pompe/filtration qui ne semble pas fonctionner suffisamment et une absence de chlore, ce qui a nécessité que peu de temps après notre arrivée la piscine soit entièrement vidée et remplie à nouveau. Nous remercions tous de même l’agence qui a été présente pour régler le problème rapidement."

La maison était très bien entretenue et avait plein d'activités a disposition (jeux de société, ballon avec petite cage, piscine, table de ping pong avec ses raquettes, molki, pétanque). L'agence était très réactive, disponible en fonction de nos besoin et a été très arrangeante pour les heures d'arrivées et de départ. je recommande fortement !
