The Space:

This expansive property spans 2.5 acres, with 193 feet of pristine, private, level lakefront to enjoy. With a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, a game room, a screened-in porch, and a gas fireplace this residence is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

Bask in sweeping lake views from almost every room of the house or unwind in the spacious screened-in porch that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The thoughtfully crafted floor plan ensures ample space for everyone, perfectly balancing communal areas and private retreats. For your convenience, the property has: an electric car charger, a boat mooring buoy, lots of games, the use of 2 kayaks and canoe.

Play or relax on the beautiful grassy yard or enjoy an evening sitting around the solo fire stove. You will love the spaciousness and privacy of this property. Not far from the Village of Skaneateles, you can head in to enjoy the shopping, restaurants, and all that the Village has to offer. Our stay could not have been better. The location on Skaneateles Lake was amazing. Everything went smoothly with check in and great communication. The property is beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!!
