Anderby is situated very close to Anderby Creek, ideal for both summer seaside holidays and relaxing winter escapes. You can enjoy watching the seals at Donna Nook, as well as cycling, walking, golf and birdwatching, which are all popular local pastimes. Enjoy some family fun at Skegness and the wildlife of the Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, which are found just 8 miles away. Alternatively, historic Lincoln, with its soaring cathedral, cobbled streets, interesting shops and Christmas markets, is an easy drive, as are the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Golfers will love the famous links course at Sandilands, as well as North Shore and Seacroft golf courses in Skegness, only a short drive away. Horncastle and Alford have a good selection of antiques and collectables shops. Butlin’s and Fantasy Island Theme Park are both only a short drive along the coast with the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe nearby too. Beach 1½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1¼ miles.
