Do not book this caravan

Travelled 4 hours to get to no response or communication from the caravan owner. Caravan looked dirty and like no one had been there for sometime. Could not gain access by this point it was very late in the evening and we had no choice but to travel home. We never got home until 4am and 12 hour round journey with young children. I was absolutely disgusted. Please do not book this caravan.
