Beautiful 8 berth, 3 bedroomed caravan. Bathroom and ensuite perfect for them bigger families. Double glazed and central heating so perfect even during the colder times.

Has a large Veranda with outside furniture to sit and watch the world go by.

The van itself was lovely and immaculate, although we had a couple of issues which was NOT the fault of the owner, she was brilliant. Sorted the issues out with no problems. We liked to fact that it was so clean and looked exactly as the photos showed it to be, but also that our dog was welcomed. We really enjoyed our stay and would book with her again. The site was only over the dunes to the beach and also not far from ingoldmells and Skegness. Lovely break. Many thanks A

Booking orocess was simple, very smooth. Property was perfect, very clean, well maintained. Everything you could need was in there. Only problem was the on site entertainment. You need passes to get in. So if you book make sure you arrange them. I booked at the very last min and didnt think about passes. My fault. Really good tho, will definitely be booking again.
