Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture. The Annexe is a delightful cottage and ideal for exploring this lovely part of the country with the coast close by.

The pretty village of Burgh le Marsh, surrounded by open farmland, is just four miles from the popular seaside town of Skegness. Burgh le Marsh has varied amenities, with five pubs all serving food, a butcher's, a baker's and a village store. There is a lovely historic windmill and an ancient church, perched high on a hill. There is a mixture of old and new buildings, now housing several tea rooms and restaurants. It has a good road network, with very easy access to Louth, Lincoln and the coast.
