The Space:
This charming property offers unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea and a bright, romantic atmosphere that brings to mind the unforgettable scenes of the beloved Mamma Mia! movie. Start your day with a coffee as the sun rises from the sea, or unwind in the evening on your private balcony, watching the sunset over the horizon.

Anthi’s Villa features three bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bathroom with a shower, and an additional WC. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, towels, bed linen, and a private parking space are all provided.

The villa is ideally located right on Achladies Beach, just 4.2 km from Skiathos Port and 4.1 km from the Papadiamantis House. The airport is only 6 km away, ensuring easy arrival and departure.

Situated in a windless bay on the south-eastern tip of the island, this capital town is known for its picturesque setting, featuring simple white houses with tiled roofs and narrow streets. It has a rich historical background, with its roots dating back to the classical period and continuing through the Byzantine era.

beach offers its own unique charm and ambiance. Also a very nice beach bar few
minutes from the residence is Baracoa, at which you could also have a meal. We also
strongly recommend Kehria Beach, for which you would need a car.

 Water Sports and snorkelling: Dive into the turquoise waters and indulge in a variety
of water sports, including snorkeling, jet skiing, windsurfing, and parasailing.
Ahladies Beach and Troulos Beach are popular spots to try out these thrilling
activities. Embark on an enchanting snorkeling excursion at the Skiathos Diving
Center in Koukounaries, where you'll explore vibrant underwater ecosystems and
encounter a diverse array of marine creatures in the azure waters of the Aegean
Sea.

 Explore Skiathos Town: Wander through the picturesque streets of Skiathos Town,
lined with whitewashed buildings adorned with colorful bougainvillea. Discover
quaint shops selling local handicrafts, charming cafes serving Greek delicacies, and

novelist, short-story writer and poet. Also, While visiting Skiathos, be sure to explore
the tranquil Monastery of Evangelistria, offering a glimpse into the island's rich

only by boat. You can rent a boat easily either from our beach at Ahladies or at
Kanapitsa beach.

also recommend you visit The Medieval Castle of Skiathos.

 Sample Local Cuisine: Indulge in the flavors of Greek cuisine at traditional tavernas
and seaside restaurants scattered across the island. Savor fresh seafood, grilled
meats, mezes (appetizers), and local specialties like moussaka and souvlaki,
accompanied by a glass of crisp Greek wine. We love the Greek restaurant called
Elaion Thea which has a miraculous panoramic view, also we recommend Bakaliko,
Marmita, Agnantio and Vasilikos. Moreover, if you are looking for Greek mezedes,
two of our favorite places are Kabourelias and Kalo pigadi. If you want to try
authentic Greek cuisine and food prepared in a wood oven, you must visit Avlios. All
the above are at the town of Skiathos. Also, a visit to Parissis Winery is a must during
your time in Skiathos, where you can indulge in the finest local wines and enjoy the
island's scenic beauty.

 Sunset Watching: End your day with a mesmerizing sunset experience. Head to one
of the island's panoramic viewpoints, such as Agios Nikolaos Church in Skiathos
Town or Kastro, the ancient capital perched atop a rocky outcrop, and watch as the
sky is painted in hues of orange and pink.
 Nightlife: Explore the charming Old Port area of Skiathos Town, where cozy cafes
and bars spill out onto the cobblestone streets, creating a lively atmosphere perfect
for leisurely drinks and people-watching. We recommend the Jaguar bar if you are in
a party mood.
