Great communication before arrival. I personally liked the fact that the hotel has self check-in. Use of post-it notes for welcome note with key on arrival, and for guests to write a note on departure is a novel idea. Communal areas were spotless, as was my room (No. 4). Cool, modern, chic decor, with fresh, clean bedding and towels, and the “make up” face cloth is a brilliant idea. Bottle of water in fridge, and air con, was very welcome! I didn’t use the nespresso machine as I forgot to buy milk but had I been staying for more than one night, I would have bought pods and milk and enjoyed coffee on the cute little balcony. Little touches such as an umbrella and hairdryer were nice. Well stocked supermarket just around the corner and the main shopping area, restaurants and bars are an easy ten minute walk away. I have already recommended to friends and will definitely stay again next time I visit Skiathos.

Lovely beautiful clean property with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Great location right in the heart of Skiathos town. Large comfortable bed, fridge, Nepresso coffee machine, ironing board, smart TV with Netflix, washing line, great shower and some crockery which we used to for breakfast on the balcony. Bottled water left in fridge when we arrived and on the final day some crisps left for us to enjoy. Definitely as good as the reviews say - we would stay again. Thank you.

Perfect accommodation for our overnight stay. Slight difficulty in finding, could do with street “landmark” of mini stop supermarket to make easier. Staff email entry instructions and key procedure operated faultlessly.

Wonderful stay

Begonnen hat es damit das wir das Superior-DZ gebucht haben. Bei Ankunft dann ein Zimmer erhalten haben das deutlich kleiner ist. (Kein Schrank - nur eine Kleiderstange, keine Ablageflächen usw.) Argumentiert wurde das mit einem "Irrtum" auf der Buchungsseite. Das Bad ist nichts für Menschen mit Klaustrophobie. Niedrige Duschtasse und zu kurzer Duschvorhang führen dazu das es immer das Wasser steht. Ergänzt wird das ganze durch anhaltenden Kanalgeruch. Hauptproblem ist die Lautstärke. Die Appartements liegen auf eine Hauptzufahrt zum Stadtzentrum. Bis 4 Uhr in der Früh Lärm (Mopeds, Autos, Betrunkene usw.). Der Vermieter meinte das ist normal bei einem Appartement in Skiathos Stadt. Die (angeblich) schallisolierten Fenster kann man zwar schließen allerdings ist die defekte Klimaanlage sowie das permanent laufende Aggregat des Kühlschranks genauso laut. Wir haben das Appartement nach zwei Nächten verlassen und sind in einem wirklich schönen anderen Appartement untergekommen. Seitens Vermieter gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Preisreduktion. Fazit: Falls man das in Kauf nehmen will sollte man sich auf jeden Fall rückversichern das man auch das Zimmer bekommt das auf der Buchungsseite beschrieben ist! Für uns - nie wieder!
